How we review

What we do, what we don't, and how we keep money from shaping what we say.

What we do

• We read each vendor's public pricing, plan and terms pages and record the figures with the date we checked.
• We work out example costs from those figures and show our arithmetic so you can check it.
• When a vendor's page is unclear or leaves something out, such as overage charges, we say so rather than guessing.

What we do not do (yet)

• We have not tested these products hands-on unless a page says we have. Until a page says otherwise, treat it as a price and feature comparison, not a performance review.
• We do not claim that any vendor is the best. Which service fits depends on your call volume, budget and how much each call is worth.

Independence

• No vendor pays to be listed, ranked or described. We choose vendors by relevance to small businesses.
• If we join an affiliate program, we may earn a commission when you click a link and buy. Links like that will be marked, and earning a commission will not change our figures or conclusions. Details are in our affiliate disclosure.

Corrections

Prices change. If something is wrong or out of date, email support.daybreakapp@gmail.com and we will check it and update the page, noting the date.
